About Persimmon Herb School

We’re Greg Monzel and Colleen Donahoe, founders of Persimmon Herb School, formerly Wild Persimmon School of Wellness. Since our first date in 2009, we have centered our partnership around a deep connection to the healing power of nature. We are both experienced organic gardeners, naturalists, and educators with complimentary expertise in community herbalism and traditional yoga. While traveling our own personal healing journeys we found our respective traditions and built Persimmon Herb School as a way to share these powerful practices with our community.
